75岁以上尿毒症患者血液透析的临床研究

本文回顾性地研究了１９００例血液透析患者的临床资料，其中≥７５岁的高龄患者２００例，占同期血液透析（ＨＤ）患者的１０．５３％。资料完整者１４６例，平均年龄８０．５岁。ＨＤ１年存活率为３４．２５％，３年存活率为１４．３８％，与同期５０岁以下组比较差异显著（Ｐ〈０．０１）。死亡原因以心衰为首位，坏死性肠炎及脑出血亦不少见。预后与年龄增加、原发病及透析开始的时机有关。随着透析技术的不断完善，长期存活率不

Clinical investigation of hemodialysis inuremic patients over 75 years old

e reviewed the clinical data of 1900patients on hemodialysis (HD) , 200 of whomwere over 75 years old. Among these 200patients, 146 had complete data and submit-ted to further analvsis. We found that 1-year survival rate was 34. 25/00. 3year sur-vival rate 14. 38 % ,which were significantlylower than those of the dialytic patients below 50 years of the same period(P<0. 01).The first cause of death was heart failure,while other major cause of mortality includ-ed necrotic enteritis and cerebral hemor-rhage. Prognosis was related to the increas-ing age ,underlying diseases, and the time ofinitiation of dialysis. With the improvementof dialytic technique,long-term survival ratewill improve constantly.
