体重变化对老年2型糖尿病患者代谢的影响

目的 观察住院老年2型糖尿病超重患者体重变化对营养代谢的影响。方法 收集本院2004，2005年进入营养治疗的体质指数≥24k∥m^2的老年2型糖尿病86例，根据营养治疗结束时体重动态分为A组（体重下降）、B组（体重无变化）、C组（体重上升）。了解3组体重、体质指数与空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPPG）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（CH）、总蛋白、白蛋白代谢关联性。结果 组内比较：A组FIG、2hPPG、TG、CH和B组FPG、2hPPG下降差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。组间比较：治疗后A组2hPPG、TG、CH低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A、B组CH低于C组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论 体重超标的老年糖尿病患者血糖、血脂的变化与体重变化相一致，体重降低，血糖、血脂恢复理想。

Metabolic impact of body weight variation on old age type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the impact of body weight variation on nutritional metabolism in old patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Based on body weight variation after alimento therapy, 84 hospitalized old patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into three groups: group A(weight loss), group B (no change), and group C(weight gain). Metabolic relationship between body weight (BW) and body mass index (BMI), fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hr postprandial glucose (2 hPPG), triglyceride(TG), cholesterol (CH) ,total protein (TP), and albumin(ALB) were investigated.Results FPG, 2 hPPG, TG and CH levels significantly decreased in group A, FPG and 2 hPPG levels significantly decreased in group B. 2 hPPG, TG and CH levels were significantly lower in group A than in group B, and CH levels were significantly lower in A and B groups than in group C.Conclusion Plasma glucose and triglyceride changes in overweight old diabetic patients are consistent with body weight variation, and plasma glucose and triglyceride levels retum to normal with weight losis.
