| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抑癌基因p53和细胞周期蛋白cyclin D1在喉鳞癌中表达的预后意义.方法应用免疫组化方法SP法对56例喉鳞癌cyclin D1和p53表达进行检测.结果56例喉鳞癌中p53和cyclin D1表达阳性率分别为51.8%、42.9%.Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示p53表达和较差的预后相关(P＜0.05),cyclin D1表达阳性患者有预后较差的趋势,但差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05).结论 p53阳性表达可作为判断喉鳞癌预后的一个独立的预后指标. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prognostic significance of the expression of p53 and cyclin Dl protein in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx. Methods The expression of p53 and cyclin Dl protein was examined in 56 samples of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma by means of immunohistochemical SP method.Results The positive expression of p53 and cyclin Dl protein was found in 51.8% and 42.9% of the patients respectively. Kaplan - Meier survival analysis demonstrated that p53 expression was associated with poor prognosis. A similar tendency to poor prognosis was also found in case of cyclin Dl expression, but the latter difference was not statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Our findings suggest that p53 overexpression could be an independent prognosis factor to evaluate the prognosis of the squmous cell carcinoma of larynx. |
