野生核桃楸树皮中黄酮类成分的高效液相色谱-质谱法分析

摘    要:目的:制备和分析野生核桃楸树皮水提物中的黄酮类成分。方法:采用碱溶酸沉法提取核桃楸树皮水提物中的黄酮类化合物,硅胶柱层析法进行分离纯化,采用液相色谱-质谱法(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,LC-MS)检测黄酮类化合物的成分。结果:由色谱图可以看出,保留时间为4.235s和4.955s时物质的相对含量为62.00%和10.63%,为该黄酮类提取物的2个主要成分。由质谱图可以推断,其含有的主要成分为甲氧基黄酮和柚皮素。结论:液相色谱-质谱法对于快速分析野生核桃楸树皮水提物中的黄酮类活性成分具有可行性。
