摘    要:
目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计法测定9种中药材中钴、锰、锡和钒的含量。方法:采用微波消解,配合石墨炉程序升温及冷原子吸收法测定三七、葛根、虎杖、丹参、川芎、当归、黄连、大黄、苦参中的4种微量元素。结果:方法线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.995,精密度[RSD(%),n=5]为0.8%-1.8%,平均回收率84.46%-115.60%。结论:该方法快速、干扰少、精密度高,能满足中药材中微量元素含量的测定。
