| 摘 要： | 目的:动态观察肿瘤综合治疗与"治未病"的思想义理,分析肿瘤防治与"治未病"的关系。方法:对2001年1月至2010年1月2 618例肿瘤患者的随访观察,从"治未病"的视角,探讨切实可行的有效综合治疗方法。结果:转移和复发大多发生在根治后3年之内,约占80%,少部分发生在根治后5年之内,约占10%,确定了未病先防,既病防变,病后止遗在肿瘤治疗中的价值。结论:"未病"不仅是指机体尚未发生疾病时的状态,而且包括疾病在进程中可能出现的趋向和未来期间可能表现出来的动态变化。因此,综合治疗与"治未病",已成为肿瘤治疗的必要理论体系。
