| 摘 要： | 目的:研究养阴益气合剂治疗特发性肺间质纤维化(IPE)气阴两虚证的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究。结果:养阴益气合剂治疗IPF气阴两虚证病情呈中度的患者,在改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量,改善患者肺功能中的用力肺活量、一氧化碳弥散量方面有显著疗效(P<0.05)。结论:对于特发性肺间质纤维化气阴两虚证,养阴益气合剂治疗有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Yiqi Misture on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with qi and yin deficiency.Methods: A randomized controlled study was used.Results: Yangyin Yiqi Misture in treating the moderate IPF qi and yin deficiency patients has a significant effect in mitigating symptoms and improving quality of life by increased FVC,and diffusing capacity of carbon monoxide(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yangyin Yiqi Misture had a certain effect to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with qi and yin ... |
