| 摘 要： | 目的了解福州市入境发热人群病毒性传染病流行概况及病原谱构成。方法收集2009年5月-2011年5月福州市各主要口岸入境发热人群(体温≥37.5℃)的个案信息,同时采集咽拭子和/或血清标本,采用PCR和RT-PCR方法进行检测分析。结果共截获发热病人192例,采集229份标本,进行主要常见呼吸道病毒和虫媒病毒检测,共检出阳性病例39例,阳性率为20.31%(39/192);检出的病毒包括流感、副流感、呼吸道合胞、登革、偏肺和腺病毒等。结论入境人群存在携带病毒入境的可能,应加强口岸卫生检疫。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand epidemiology and pathogen spectrum of some viral infection of Entry fever crowd in Fuzhou.Methods From May 2009 to May 2011,collected information of entry fever patients(Body temperature≥37.5 ℃) in major ports of Fuzhou,and collected swabs and/or serum samples in order to test pathogen.Results We intercepted 192 fever people altogether.All the specimens were detected by main respiratory viruses and entomophilous virus.The total positive samples are 39 including influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus,adenovirus,partial lung virus and dengue virus,etc.and positive rate is 20.31%(39/192).Conclusion Entry population may carry infectious virus,we should strengthen health quarantine. |
