| 摘 要： | 目的考察市售不同厂家消炎片的溶出度。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测,计算消炎片的累积溶出率,提取参数(T50、Td、m)进行统计学处理。结果不同厂家的消炎片溶出参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)结论消炎片有必要增加溶出度检查,以控制质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the dissolubility of commercial Xiaoyan Tablets from different manufacturers. Methods HPLC was adopted for the determination. The accumulative dissolution of Xiaoyan tablets was calculated. The paramcters （T50 ,Td, m）obtained from these samples were processed for correlation test. Results The results showed that parameters of these dissolution among the products from defferent manufactures had very significant difference （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion It is necessary to set a dissolution test for Xiaoyan tablets,in order to contral the quality of drugs. |
