城市居民艾滋病知信行的研究

目的 了解汕头市城市居民艾滋病知识、信念、行为(知信行)情况及变化趋势.方法 于2008年初,采用自行设计的调查问卷,抽取城市社区人群共156人进行无记名封闭式调查,并对比2003年在同一社区开展的同一方式调查结果.结果 人群对艾滋病的相关知识水平、防控意识和技能均明显提高,对待艾滋病的态度有较大转变.结论 艾滋病社区干预重点应放在预防艾滋病的措施上,特别是要宣传推广安全性行为,加强性传播阻断工作.

Study on knowledge and attitude and behavior of AIDS among urban residents

Objective To understand the stalus of the AIDS recognition,attitude,behavior and evolulive trend among urban residents in Shantou.Method Closed questionnaires designed by ourselves were filled anonymously by 156 residents in a urban community in 2008.and the results were comparied with the same investigation in 2003.Results Levels of citizen's knowledge and preventive skill about AIDS were increased significantly.and the correct attitudes about AIDS were also improved.Conclusions The point of community interference about AIDS should be put in the prevention measure,and safe sex must be emphasized in community especially.
