我院新药引进管理工作探讨

目的：为医疗机构新药引进管理工作提供参考。方法：对某院2002-2011年新药引进管理工作中机构、人员、流程、资料审核、评审标准以及工作人员知识结构的变化进行总结和分析。结果与讨论：该院新药引进管理工作总体持续稳定，但为了适应国家药品招标工作的要求，新药引进管理工作机构、工作流程以及新药资料审核内容发生了相应变化；为了与医院的发展和医疗水平相适应，评审标准和药学人员知识结构要求也发生了相应变化。为了使新药引进管理工作更加合理和高效，建议应更好地利用信息化技术，量化药品评价指标。

Investigation of New Drug Introduction Management in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the new drug introduction management in medical institutions. METHODS： The organization, committee members, process, paper checking and evaluation standards of new drug introduction management and the changes of knowledge structure were summarized and analyzed in a hospital during 2002--2011. RESULTS ＆ CONCLU- SIONS： The new drug introduction management in the hospital has remained stable on the whole. The variation of organization and process of new drug introduction management, data verification are adapted well to the requirement of national drug bidding. The variation of evaluation standards and pharmacists＇ knowledge structure are adapted well to the development and medical standard of the hospital. For more efficient and reasonable new drug introduction management, it is suggested to adopt information technology well and quantify drug evaluation index.
