| 摘 要： | 目的:评价早期康复治疗和护理对脑卒中患者的疗效。方法:对观察组120例脑卒中患者采用常规内科治疗和早期康复治疗及护理,与同期对照组60例脑卒中患者采用常规内科治疗及护理,比较两组的肌力恢复时间和平均住院天数。结果:观察组120例脑卒中患者的肌力恢复时间为(14.2±2.3)d,对照组(20.5±4.5)d,两者相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院天数(18.2±3.2)d,对照组(28.6±4.2)d,两者相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中患者在常规内科治疗基础上采取早期康复治疗和护理,能使患者缩短肌力恢复时间和平均住院天数,提高生活质量及自理能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of early rehabilitation and nursing in treating acute stroke.Method 120 patients with acute stroke in the treated group were given conventional treatment and early rehabilitation and nursing.60 patients in the control group were given only conventional treatment and nursing,compared with myosthenic recovery time and hospital day in two groups.Results Myosthenic recovery time of patients in the treated group was(14.2±2.3)d,and the control group was(20.5±4.5)d.The average hospital day were(18.2±3.2)d and(28.6± 4.2)d respectively.There were statistical significance greatly in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation and nursing in the base of conventional medical treatment could shorten average myosthenic recovery time,reduce the hospital day of patients,improve quality of life,and self-care ability. |
