摘    要:目的检测癌睾丸抗原(CTA)MAGE-A3、AKAP-4在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的表达及意义。方法应用间接酶免疫组化技术检测MAGE-A3、AKAP-4在45例肺癌组织中的表达情况,分析其与组织类型及淋巴结转移的相关性。结果 45例标本中MAGE-A3、AKAP-4在NSCLC中的敏感度分别为62.2%和73.3%,联合两种抗原可显著提高敏感性,为91.1%(P〈0.05);MAGE-A3、AKAP-4在鳞癌中的表达率显著高于腺癌,与性别、年龄、淋巴结有无转移不相关。结论 MAGE-A3、AKAP-4是较好的NSCLC辅助诊断指标,联合应用两种蛋白可提高诊断敏感性。

Abstract:Objective To determine the expression of MAGE-A3 and AKAP-4 in patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC) and to evaluate the possibility of exploiting them as biomarkers for diagnosis.Methods Indirect enzyme immunohistochemical method was performed on paraffin-embedded tissues from 45 patients with NSCLC,and the correlations between antigens expression and histological types as well as lymph node metastasis were evaluated.Results In 45 tumor samples,the sensitive of MAGE-A3 and AKAP-4 detection was 62.2% and 73.3%,respectively.Combined detection of both MAGE-A3 and AKAP-4 can significantly increase the sensitivity to 91.1%(P0.05).There was no significance difference in the expression of MAGE-A3 and AKAP-4 between lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell lung carcinoma.The expression of MAGE-A3 and AKAP-4 was not related to lymph node metastasis.Conclusion Both MAGE-A3 and AKAP-4 can be used to further increase the sensitivity of NSCLC diagnosis.
