经鼻胃镜取出食管异物19例

目的:探讨经鼻胃镜治疗食管异物的方法及技巧.方法:2010-01/2011-10我院共发现食管异物患者32例,其中,13例通过其他手术方法取出.19例经鼻插入胃镜的方法取出.本文回顾性分析急诊经鼻胃镜下食管异物取出术患者19例的临床资料.结果:32例患者中12例球型或团块状异物经常规胃镜圈套取出;1例为义齿嵌顿1wk,位于主动脉弓附近,义齿钢丝穿透食管壁,内镜试取不成功,转外科手术取出.19例食管尖锐异物和扁平规则异物经鼻胃镜成功取出.操作时间2-10min,术中未出现咽部及食管出血、撕裂、穿孔等严重并发症.结论:经鼻胃镜取出食管尖锐异物、扁平规则异物具有安全简便,患者痛苦小,并发症少,成功率高等特点,是一种较为理想的治疗方法,为临床治疗食管异物提供了新的途径.

Nasal endoscopy for removal of foreign bodies in the esophageal tract:an analysis of 19 cases

AIM:To explore the methods and skills of nasal endoscopy for removal of foreign bodies in the esophageal tract.METHODS:From January 2010 to October 2011,32 patients with foreign bodies in the esophageal tract were treated at our hospital.Among them,19 underwent nasal endoscopy,and others were treated by surgery or other methods.The clinical data for 19 patients who underwent nasal endoscopy were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:Of patients who did not undergo nasal endoscopy,foreign bodies were removed by loop under a normal endoscope in 12 cases and by surgery in 1 case.Of patients who underwent nasal endoscopy,all foreign bodies in the esoph-ageal tract were successfully removed.The duration of the procedures was 2-10minutes.During the procedures,no bleeding,tearing,perforation or other serious complications in the throat and esophagus occurred.CONCLUSION:Nasal endoscopy allows to safely and easily remove sharp or flat foreign bodies from the esophageal tract with less pain,few complications,high efficiency.
