增殖细胞核抗原和CD44 mRNA在伴有静脉侵袭的结直肠癌中的表达及其与肝转移的关系

目的研究伴有静脉侵袭的结直肠癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和CD44 mRNA的表达及其与肝转移的关系. 方法采用反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法检测31例伴有静脉侵袭的结直肠癌组织中PCNA和CD44 mRNA的表达状况. 结果 PCNA和CD44 mRNA在结直肠癌组织中阳性表达率分别为100%和64.5%. 在有肝转移的结直肠癌组织中,PCNA和CD44 mRNA的强表达率分别为94.1%和70.6%,表达强度明显高于无肝转移者(P<0.05和P<0.01). PCNA和CD44的表达存在正相关(r=0.67, P<0.05). 结论结直肠癌组织中PCNA和CD44的联合检测对判断癌细胞的肝转移具有一定的参考价值.

Expression of PCNA and CD44 mRNA in venous invasional colorectal cancer and its relationship to li-ver metastasis

AIM To investigate the expression of prolifera ting cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and CD44 mRNA in venous invasional colorectal cancer and its relationship with liver metastasis. METHODS Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) was used to detect the expressions of PCNA and CD44 mRNA in 31 cases of colorectal cancer with liver metastasis. Theexpressions of PCNA and CD44 mRNA in 31 cases of venous invasional colorectal cancer. RESULTS Positive expression rates of PCNA and CD44 mRNA in the colorectal cancer were higher than those without liver metastasis ( P <0.05 and P <0.01). In cases of colorectal cancer with liver metastasis, 94.1% and 70.6% were strongly positive to PCNA and CD44 mRNA, respectively, significantly higher than those without liver metastasis. There was a positive relationship between the expressions of PCNA and CD44 ( r=0.67, P <0.05). CONCLUSION Detections of PCNA and CD44 expressions in colorectal cancer might be useful for evaluating the liver metastasis of cancer cells.
