| 摘 要： | 本文介绍应用毛细滴管,将试剂红细胞在液氮里滴成球状小珠,于-196℃下长期保存的方法.结果证明,该法具有微量和长期有效保存,操作简易,抗原特异性不受影响,回收率高,随时可取用等特点. |

Study on Pelleting Preservation of Reagents Red Cell in Liquid Nitrogen at -196℃ |

| Abstract: | The method for long-term preservation of red cell reagents, by which pellets of red cells are prepared in liquid nitrogen with Pasteur pipettes dropping, and preserved in -196℃, is described. The results suggest that the technique is characterized by saving reagents, long-term storage life, eazy operating, stable antigen specificity, high recovery and readily available. |
