| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨数字减影血管造影术在头颈部恶性肿瘤区域性动脉灌注化疗中的应用.方法:选择10例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者,在数字减影血管造影监控下,经颞浅动脉逆行插管,然后行区域性动脉灌注化疗.结果:所有化疗泵插管都获成功.术中显影剂准确灌注入靶动脉；化疗前行亚甲蓝灌注,病变区域显色良好.化疗后8例患者的目标肿瘤病灶长径总和缩小率≥... |
