摘 要: | -20℃冰冻0、7、14、21和28d的残杀威抗性品系和敏感品系淡色库蚊3d龄雌成虫AChE活性均无显著变化。表明-20℃冰冻不影响淡色库蚊AChE活性。因此可将现场采集的蚊虫带回实验室冻存后集中测定AChE。

Abstract: | After -20℃ freezing for 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days of the 3-day-old adult female Culex pipiens pallens, no statistical significance was found in the acetytchotinesterase activity, which indicates that frozen storage did not interfere with the Ache activity of Culex pipiens pallens. Thus, the mosquitoes can be collected and taken back to the lab for batch determination. |
