摘 要: | 目的通过观察实验小鼠脑组织内不同部位弓形虫的动态分布,进一步探讨弓形虫感染与血脑屏障的关系,为弓形虫脑病患者的早期诊断和治疗提供帮助。方法弓形虫(RH株)经静脉途径感染小鼠,应用直接涂片法动态观察小鼠脑组织弓形虫感染情况。结果弓形虫感染第8d,小鼠大脑皮质及间脑内查获虫体,第10d,虫体出现于脑干、中脑及海马。结论实验小鼠静脉途径感染弓形虫后,第8d脑内开始出现虫体,但脑组织各部位出现虫体的时间不一致。脑组织不同部位血脑屏障对弓形虫的阻隔作用存在差异。

Abstract: | Objective To further study the relationship between infection of Toxoplasrna gondii and the blood-brain barrier and help in the early diagnosis and treatment of patients with T. gondii brain disease through observation of the dynamic distribution of T. gondii in the brain tissue of laboratory mice. Methods Brain tissue of mice infected with T. gondii(RH) via the tail vein were dynamically observed through direct smears. Results T. gondii was found in the cerebral cortex and diencephalon of mice 8 days after infection and was then obtained in the brain stem, mesencephalon, and hippocampus on day 10. Conclusion T. gondii was found in the brains of mice 8 days after infection but it ap- peared at different times in distinct parts of the brain. The blood-brain barrier of diverse sections of the brain differed in its ability to obstruct T. gondii. |
