某县2006～2009年5岁以下儿童死亡变化趋势分析

目的了解某县5岁以下儿童死亡原因及死亡率的动态变化趋势,为本地区制定相应的干预措施提供科学依据。方法对某县2006～2009年5岁以下儿童死亡监测资料进行整理与分析。结果某县2006年1月至2009年12月5岁以下儿童死亡率为17.85‰,前5位死因顺位为意外、窒息、早产低体重、肺炎,年龄构成显示新生儿死亡占20.57‰,婴儿死亡占31.89‰,1～4岁儿童死亡占47.55‰。结论降低5岁以下儿童死亡率重点是对儿童意外发生的防范,进一步落实儿童安全教育在相当长时间内都是我们的重点工作。

Analysis of mortality trends of children under age of five in some county from 2006 to 2009

Objective To understanding the death cause and the mortality trend of children under the five years of age in some county,providing the scientific basis for the establishment of corresponding intervention strategies in the region. Methods Collect and analysze the monitoring data of death for children under age of five in some county from 2006 to 2009. Results in the county,the death rate for children under the age of five from January 2006 to December 2009 is 17. 85‰,the top five causes of death were accident,asphyxia,preterm low birth weight,pneumonia. Age composition shows that neonatal mortality and infant mortality accounts for 20. 57‰ and 31. 89‰ respectively,and the death of children under age of four accounts for 47. 55‰. Conclusion The children accident prevention is the focal point of the reduction of mortality among children under age of five,further implementation of children＇s safety education is our emphasis in the long run.
