泰脂安对阴虚型脂肪肝病人降脂作用的研究

目的探讨泰脂安胶囊对阴虚型脂肪肝伴高脂血症病人的作用.方法 68例脂肪肝伴高脂血症病人随机分为两组,治疗组47例给予泰脂安3粒,每日3次.对照组21例给予力平之0.2 g,每日1次,两组均以2个月为1个疗程.在两组治疗前后分别观察临床症状,检测血脂6项(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB)及血黏度的变化.结果两组病人经治疗后均能显著降低TC、TG、LDL-C和ApoB水平,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05).泰脂安可明显改善脂肪肝伴高血脂症病人的临床症状、血脂和血黏度.结论泰脂安对阴虚型脂肪肝病人降脂作用比力平之效果好.

Research of Taizhian Capsule on Decreasing Lipid of Fatty Liver in Patient with Yin Deficiency Syndromes

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Taizhian(TZA) on yin-deficiency type patients with fatty liver(FL) and hyperlipemia.Methods 68 patients with FL and hyperlipemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,47 patients in treatment group were treated with TZA and 21 patients in control were treated with Lipingzhi table for 2 months.The clinical effect and the levels of blood cholesterol (TC),triglyeride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL), apoprotein A and B(ApoA 1,ApoB) and blood viscosity were observed respectively before and after treatment. Results Comparing with pre-treatment,the levels of TC,TG, LDL and ApoB wene significantly lowered after treatmant,The improvement in TC,LDL-C.ApoA 1,by TZA was snperior to Lipingzhi(P<0.05).Conclusion TZA can significantly improve the clinical symptom,the level of blood lipid and viscosity in FL patients with hyperlipemia. TZA has good effect than Lipingzhi on decreasing blood lipid in yin-deficiency type patients with fatty liver.
