| 摘 要： | 目的观察关节熏洗方治疗创伤性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将94例创伤性关节炎患者随机分为两组,各47例;对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊等治疗,治疗组给予关节熏洗方局部熏洗,疗程1个月。结果治疗组总有效率为93.62%,对照组为80.85%;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论关节熏洗方可改善创伤性关节炎患者关节症状和活动功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Guanjie Xunxi Formula＂ for the treatment of traumatic arthritis （TA）. Methods Ninety-four cases with TA were randomized into two groups ： control group in which 47 cases were treated by Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules, and treatment group in which 47 cases were treated by ＂Guanjie Xunxi Formula＂, with the course of 1 month. Results The total effective rate was 93.62% % in the treatment group and 80.85% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Guanjie Xunxi Formula＂ can improve the symptoms and activities of joints in patients with TA. |
