金水六君煎加味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床观察

目的 观察自拟金水六君煎加味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病轻度急性加重（阴虚痰阻证）的临床疗效.方法 将70例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各35例.实验组应用自拟金水六君煎加味及西药常规治疗,对照组应用西药常规治疗,疗程12d,测定并比较治疗前后中医证候积分、主要症状评分和肺功能变化.结果 实验组改善患者咳嗽严重程度、频率、咯痰量的疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）.两组患者在喘息症状、肺功能方面均有改善,疗效相当（P＞0.05）.结论 自拟金水六君煎联合西药常规治疗在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病轻度急性加重（阴虚痰阻证）患者咳嗽、咯痰等临床症状方面优于单纯西药常规治疗.

Effect of Modified Jinshuiliujun Decoction Treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective： To observe the effect of modified Jinshuiliujun decoction on patients with mild acute ex- acerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （Yin- deficiency and phlegm -obstruction syndrome）. Meth. oils： 70 patients with mild acute exacerbation（Yin- deficiency and phlegm -obstruction syndrome） were recruit- ed and randomly divided into treatment group （35 cases） and control group （35 cases）. Patients in control group were treated simple western medicine while patients in treatment group were additionally treated by modified Jin- shuiliujun decoction. After 12 days of treatment,changes of TCM syndrome score,symptom integral and the lung function before and after treatment were detected. Results： The severity and frequency of cough, amount of ex- pectoration,dry mouth ,and night sweat score of treatment group were better than those of control group（P 〈 0.05, P〈0.01）. There were no statistical differences in symptoms of panting and post-treatment index of pulmonary function between the two groups. Conclusion： Modified Jinshuiliujun decoction combined with western medicine treating AECOPD is superior to simple western medicine treatment in relieving cough, expectoration, and so on.
