HPLC法测定宫颈癌栓中掌叶半夏碱乙的含量

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定宫颈癌栓中掌叶半夏碱乙含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Thermo柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(3:97),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为254nm。结果:掌叶半夏碱乙的检测浓度在0.725～8.700μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.17%,RSD=2.48%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于宫颈癌栓的质量控制。

Determination of Pedatiseetine B in Congjingai Suppository by HPLC

OBJECTIVE：To establish an HPLC method for content determination of Pedatisectin B in Gongjingai suppository. METHODS： HPLC analysis was carried out on Thermo column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） with acetonitrile- phosphate buffer（3 ： 97） as mobile phase at allow rate of 1.0 mL · min^ -1.The UV detective wavelength was set at 254 nm. RESULTS： The calibration curve was in good linearity for Pedatisectine B over the range of 0.725-8.70 μg · mL^-1（r =0.999 9） .The average recovery was 97.17% with RSD = 2.48% （n = 6）.CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used to determinate the content of Pedatisectin B in Gongjingai suppository.
