| 摘 要： | 目的观察母牛分枝杆菌（M．vaccae）菌苗免疫治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎（TEP）的近期远期疗效。方法 TEP100例,配对随机分为M．vaccae治疗组和激素对照组,观察在全身化疗基础上M．vaeeae的疗效和对免疫功能的调节作用。结果TEP经免疫治疗后近期疗效无差异,远期疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）;M．vaccae可使CD4及CD4／CD8升高。结论M．vaccae免疫治疗TEP具有较高价值。
