超声预测胎儿体重方法的研究

摘    要:【摘要】目的探讨产前预测胎儿出生体重的相关因素及各因素的,临床应用价值。方法通过测量孕足月孕妇宫高、腹围以及超声测量胎儿双顶径、头围、腹围、股骨长等多个因素,代入多种预测胎儿体重公式,比较分析其预测体重与实际体重的关系。结果应用超声测量多个因素预测胎儿体重的方法明显优于传统预测方法及单因素预测方法,P〈0.01。结论超声测量胎儿双顶径、腹围、股骨长可以准确、方便地预测胎儿体重,多参数公式对胎儿体重的预测明显优于单参数。

Abstract:Objective To explore the related factors and the clinical application value of each factor for prenatal prediction of fetal birth weight. Methods The estimated fetal weight according to relevant formula through the measurement of pregnant women's uterus height and abdomen circumference were calculated, and the fetal weight through the ultrasonography measurement of their biparietal diameter, head circumference, abdominal circumfercene and femur length were predicted. Then the estimated fetal weight with the actual fetal weight after delivery was compared and analyzed. Results The application of ultrasound to measure a number of factors for estimating fetal weight was significantly superior to traditional forecasting methods and the single factor forecast, P 〈0.01. Conclusions The ultrasonic measurement ofbiparietal diameter, abdominal circumfercene and femur length is a accurate, simple and valuable parameter in estimation of fetal weight. Multi-parameter formula is much better than mono-parameter formula in estimating fetal weight.
