健康教育及行为干预对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的效果观察

目的 探讨健康教育和行为干预对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的效果.方法 将收治的58例精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各29例,两组在常规治疗护理基础上,观察组实施健康教育和行为干预,3个月后进行评价.观察两组患者干预前后的血糖变化；采用护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)评定两组患者干预前后的各项得分.结果 干预后,观察组的血糖降低幅度明显高于对照组(t=2.13～2.47,P＜0.05)；观察组的NOSIE各项评分明显优于对照组(t=2.14～2.42,P＜0.05).结论 对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者进行健康教育及行为干预对控制精神症状和血糖有益,并能提高患者的生活质量.

Effectiveness of Health Education and Behavior Intervention to Schizophrenic Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the effect of health education and behavior interventions on schizophrenic patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 58 schizophrenic patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observing group and control group with 29 patients respectively.Under routine therapy and nursing basis,health education and behavior interventions were applied to the observing group and it came to the evaluation three months later.Change in blood sugar among these patients was observed and NOSIE was used to assess the scores before and after intervention in both groups.Results After interventions,the decrease of blood sugar of observing group was significantly higher than that in the control group with interventions（t=2.13～2.47,P0.05） so did those scores of NOSIE（t=2.14～2.42,P0.05）.Conclusion Health education and behavior interventions do good to control psychiatric symptoms and blood sugar of diabetic patients combined by schizophrenia and can improve their quality of life at the same time.
