| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗宫角妊娠的价值及安全性.方法:分析11例宫角妊娠患者的临床资料,对其治疗结果及价值进行分析.结果:腹腔镜诊断准确率达100％,11例患者均顺利完成手术,腹腔镜手术治疗成功率72.73％,术中平均手术时间为(102±22) min,平均出血(130.0±74.3)ml,术中及术后无并发症出现.结论...

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the value and safety of laparoscopy in treating cornual pregnancy.Methods: Clinical data of 11 cases of cornual pregnancy treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed so as to evaluate the outcome and value of the treatment.Results: The diagnostic accuracy rate of laparoseopy was 100%.All cases were completed operation successfully and the success rate of laparoseopy was 72.73%.The average operation time is 102±22 min,the average blood loss was 130.0±74.3 ml,and there was no complication occurred after operations.Conclusion: Therapeutic laparoscopy for cornual pregnancy is a safe,effective and less trauma,which is worthy of wide clinical application. |
