骨关节炎关节软骨退变机制的研究进展

近年来研究表明,关节软骨退变在骨关节炎的发病中起着重要作用。软骨退变是多因素综合作用的结果 ,如关节所处的力学环境、自身激素代谢的水平、软骨细胞的凋亡、相关细胞因子及基质金属蛋白酶的作用等。阐明这些因素在关节软骨退变中的机制,将有利于提高对骨关节炎的认识,从而为临床治疗骨关节炎提供新的理论依据。

Research Progress on the Degeneration Mechanism of Articular Cartilage in Osteoarthritis

In recent years,studies have shown that articular cartilage degeneration played an important role in the pathogenesis of Osteoarthritis.Cartilage degeneration was the result of multiple factors,such as the joint dynamic environment,the level of their own hormone metabolism,chondrocyte apoptosis,related cytokines and the role of matrix metalloproteinases.Elucidating these factors mechanism in the articular cartilage degeneration will profit to raise realization of the osteoarthritis,contribute to provide a new theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of osteoarthritis.
