蒲公英的促进胃肠动力活性有效部位及化学成分研究

摘    要:[目的]研究蒲公英促进胃肠动力的有效部位及化学成分.[方法]采用小鼠胃肠推进运动实验确定蒲公英的有效部位,并采用NMR及MS等方法确定有效成分的结构.[结果]蒲公英中溶解于乙酸乙酯和正丁醇的部分具有促进胃肠动力的活性,分别为阿魏酸和齐墩果酸.[结论]蒲公英中溶解于乙酸乙酯和正丁醇的部分中含有促进胃肠动力的有效成份,而溶解于正丁醇部分即齐墩果酸的促进胃肠动力活性更高.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE?To identify the gastrointestinal propulsive motivity and the chemical constituents of Dandelion extraction.?METHODS?Effective extraction of Dandelion was identified by the test of gastrointestinal propulsive motivity of mouse, and the structures of chemical constituent were determined by the NMR and MS spectral analysis.?RESULTS?Extraction of the Dandelion desolved in the EtOAc and n-BuOH had activities of facilitating the gastrointestinal motivity and the structures of two compounds isolated were identified as the Ferulic acid and Oleanolic Acid.?CONCLUSION?The EtOAc and n-BuOH of the Dandelion were effective for facilitating the gastrointestinal motivity, and the n-BuOH had higher activities.
