Morning Glory综合征的眼底和荧光血管造影分析

目的 提高对Morning Glory综合征的认识水平。方法 回顾1990年以来诊断为Morning Glory综合征的2例病例的症状、眼底及荧光血管造影（fudus fluorescein angiography FFA)等临床资料并分析。结果 Morning Glory综合征眼底视乳头有特征性的四圈结构；大视盘中央一漏斗型深凹陷，巨大的视盘上有放射状的血管，视盘周围有一圈脉络膜视网膜色素环，最外圈是视网膜脉络膜色素区。眼底荧光血管造影与其眼底结构相对应。结论 眼的检查和荧光血管造影是诊断Morning Glory综合征最直接的方法。

Analysis of ocular fundus and flurescein angiography of Morning Glory syndrome

ObjectiveTo improve the standard of diagnosis of Morning Glory syndrome. MethodsTwo cases of MorningGlory syndrome admitted from 1990 were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsThe optic papilla of ocular fundus with MorningGlory syndrome had special structure. The center of large optic disc had a deep funnel-shaped depression. Large optic disc had radialvasa. There was a pigmented ring of chorioid and retina around optic disc. In the most outer, there was retina and chorioid pigmentedarea. Ocular fundus fluorescein angiography corresponded with the structure of ocular fundus. Conclusion The examination ofocular fundus and fluorescein angiography are important in diagnosis of Morning Glory syndrome.
