病灶清除内固定结合抗痨一号方治疗腰椎结核临床观察

目的：探讨前路病灶清除加后路植骨内固定,结合中药汤剂抗痨一号方内服治疗腰椎结核。方法：回顾性分析自2003年1月至2008年11月,采用前路病灶清除加植骨内固定治疗腰椎结核患者18例,术后服用抗痨一号方治疗,对其进行总结。结果：本组18例患者无术中并发症,切口均一期愈合。随访8~28个月,平均16个月,结核无复发,植骨全部成活,无侧弯后凸畸形,内固定无松动断裂,所有病人全身状况良好。结论：前路病灶清除、加后路植骨内固定治疗腰椎结核疗效确切,脊柱稳定性重建可靠,矫正侧弯后凸畸形理想,术后服用抗痨一号方伤口愈合快,复发率低,是治疗腰椎结核的有效方法。

Clinical Observation on Tuberculosis of Lumbar Spine Treated with Combination of Anterior Debridement with Retrospective Grafting Plus Internal Fixation
