免疫固定电泳法检测IgD型骨髓瘤

目的 提高IgD型多发性骨髓瘤的实验室检出率。方法 对27例IgD型骨髓瘤标本进行血清蛋白电泳及免疫固定电泳分析。结果 此病患者血清蛋白电泳图谱中55．6％都有典型M带，18．5％的病例中有极不明显M带，另有25．9％的病例中没有M带，但在免疫固定电泳图中均可见与IgD抗血清形成的致密条带。结论 免疫固定电泳法应用于临床实验室中可提高多发性骨髓瘤的检出率。

Detection of IgD Multiple Myeloma by Immunofixation Electrophoresis

Objectives To raise positive rate of IgD multiple myeloma. Methods Performed serum protein electrophoresis and immunofixation electrophoresis in 27 patients serum of IgD multiple myeloma. Results There were typical M zones in serum protein eletrophoresis graph of 55. 6% patients,there were non-significant M zones in 18. 5% patients,there was no M zone in 25. 9% patients. In IFE graph,could see that all these patients serum could form monoclonal zone. Conclusion IFE can raise positive rate of multiple myeloma in clinical laboratory.
