免疫固定电泳法检测IgD型骨髓瘤

摘    要:
目的 提高IgD型多发性骨髓瘤的实验室检出率。方法 对27例IgD型骨髓瘤标本进行血清蛋白电泳及免疫固定电泳分析。结果 此病患者血清蛋白电泳图谱中55.6%都有典型M带,18.5%的病例中有极不明显M带,另有25.9%的病例中没有M带,但在免疫固定电泳图中均可见与IgD抗血清形成的致密条带。结论 免疫固定电泳法应用于临床实验室中可提高多发性骨髓瘤的检出率。

Abstract:
Objectives To raise positive rate of IgD multiple myeloma. Methods Performed serum protein electrophoresis and immunofixation electrophoresis in 27 patients serum of IgD multiple myeloma. Results There were typical M zones in serum protein eletrophoresis graph of 55. 6% patients,there were non-significant M zones in 18. 5% patients,there was no M zone in 25. 9% patients. In IFE graph,could see that all these patients serum could form monoclonal zone. Conclusion IFE can raise positive rate of multiple myeloma in clinical laboratory.
