| 摘 要： | 目的:比较半夏不同栽培品的成分.方法:采用多指标定量法.结果:半夏新品Y系、鄂半夏一号的蛋白质、总氨基酸及水溶性浸出物等含量较高;来风半夏、荆半夏、昭通半夏的生物碱、总酸及醇溶性浸出物等含量较高.结论:半夏不同栽培品的各类成分间存在此消彼长的现象.

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the composition of different cultivation product of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit.Methods:Using multiple indicators for comparison.Results:The protein content,the amino acid content and the water-soluble extract in some cultivation products were higher while the alkaloid content,total acid content and alcohol-soluble extract in other cultivation products were higher.Conclusion:The compositions of different cultivation products of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit.are diffence. |
