| 摘 要： | 目的分析三维适形放射治疗骨转移癌止痛疗效。方法45例骨转移癌共74处转移灶进行三维适形姑息性放射治疗,3Gy/次,5次/周,DT 30 Gy结束。结果根据世界卫生组织的疼痛程度4级分级法,放射治疗后,疼痛缓解总有效率为91%(41/45),Karnofsky标准评分明显好转率占73.3%。结论采用三维适形放射治疗骨转移癌,能迅速止痛,明显降低癌症患者对药物的依赖。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis of the efficiency of 3D conformal radiotherapy to relieve the pain of the patients with bone metastases.Methods 45 cases with 74 focuses are treated with 3D conformal radiotherapy, the total dosage is 30Gy/10Fx, and the whole process for two weeks. Result According to the 4-level pain grading method provided by WHO, the total efficiency of pain relieving reached 91%(41/45), and 73.3% took a favorable turn based on the Karnofsky Standard.Conclusion 3D conformal radiotherapy treatment could relieve the pain of the patients with bone metastases rapidly, and lowered dependence on drugs. |
