循证护理在白血病患儿预防化疗性静脉炎中的应用

目的：探讨应用循证护理预防化疗性静脉炎的护理方法。方法：将30例白血病患儿共计120次化疗随机分为两组。实验组通过循证支持，采用2％利多卡因加25％硫酸镁在化疗时同步湿敷，对照组采用常规化疗方法。结果：两组患儿经临床观察，实验组血管保护明显，有效率达93.3％。结论：对白血病患儿进行化疗时，重视患儿的静脉保护，并采用同步药物湿敷方法，能有效预防化疗所导致的静脉炎，保证化疗的顺利进行。

Application of evidence-based nursing in prevention of chemotherapeutic phlebitis in childhood leukemia

Objective：By the application of evidence-based nursing to explore the better nursing care of preventing chemotherapeutic phlebitis.Methods：30 cases of childhood leukemia with total 120 times of chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.The evidence-based support was given to the experimental group, using 2% lidocaine plus 25% magnesium sulfate for wet dressing synchronously during chemotherapy.The control group received conventional chemotherapy.Results ：Through the clinical observations of the two group,the effect of vascular protection of the experimental group was significant,the effective rate was 93.3%.Conclusion：Attaching importance to the protection of vein and the use of drug wet dressing simultaneously in chemotherapy for childhood leukemia can be effective in preventing phlebitis caused by chemotherapy and ensuring the smooth completion of chemotherapy.
