显微镜下低温等离子刀扁桃体腺样体切除术

目的探讨显微镜下低温等离子刀扁桃体腺样体切除术的优点。方法慢性扁桃体炎并腺样体肥大儿童98例,传统手术组40例（A组）,常规切除扁桃体并用电刀止血,在0°鼻内镜监视下用电动吸割器切除腺样体。显微镜下低温等离子刀手术组58例（B组）,在显微镜下用低温等离子刀切除扁桃体及腺样体。结果98例患者均治愈出院。两组患者进行mops术后疼痛评分：术后6h,A组5.13±2.04,B组1.80±0.81;术后24h,A组4.53±1.64,B组1.60±0.63;术后72h,A组3.60±0.84,B组0.97±0.62。术后出血：A组15.0%,B组1.7%。结论两种手术方式治疗效果无明显差异,应用显微镜低温等离子刀切除扁桃体及腺样体术中、术后出血明显减少,术后疼痛明显减轻。

Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy by Microtherm Plasma Wand with Microscope

Objective To Investigate the merit of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy by microtherm plasma wand with microscope. Methods 98 children patients with chronic tonsillitis were randomly divided into A group （40cases） ,B group （58 cases）. Patients in A group were resected tonsils by traditional metbod,and were operated with suction cutterbar under 0°endoscopy; Patients in B group were resected tonsils and adenoid by microtherm plasma wand with microscope. Results All patients were cured; the mops score：group A was 5.13±2.04,group B was 1.80±0.81 past 6 hours after operation, group A was 4.53± 1.64, group B was 1. 604±0.63 past 24 hours,group A was3.60±0.84, group B was 0. 97± 0.62 past 72 hours. Bleeding after operation respectively was 15.0% and 1.7%. Conclusions There isn＇t difference among the two groups, application of low--temperature plasma cutter microscope tonsils and adenoids removed have less bleeding, and decrease the postoperative bleeding, significantly reduce the postoperative pain.
