超声诊断类风湿性关节炎相关病变的临床观察

摘    要:
目的探讨超声在类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arhtrtis,RA)患者关节病变中的诊断和疗效观察的应用价值.方法对比正常人与类风湿患者大关节的高频彩色多普勒超声表现,检查和对比了30例正常成人和57例RA伴有膝、肘关节损害患者的软骨厚度、滑膜厚度、积液厚度以及滑膜彩色血流情况.结果 RA患者软骨厚度、滑膜厚度、积液厚度以及滑膜彩色血流情况与正常成人比较均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其中滑膜厚度、积液厚度以及滑膜彩色血流治疗前后均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论超声能较准确地观察RA患者早期关节病变,为临床早期诊断RA关节病变以及评价治疗效果等提供客观依据.

Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of sonography in diagnosis and curative effect observation for rheumatoid arthritis by comparing characteristic of color Doppler sonography of big joints of normal people and rheumatoid arhtrtis.Method We checked and compared the thickness of cartilage,synovium,hydrops and color Doppler flow imaging of synovium of 30 normal people and 57 RA patients who have articulation injury of elbow or lap.Results R.A patients' thickness of cartilage,synovium,hydrops and color Doppler flow imaging of synovium had obvious statistical differences from those of normal people.The thickness of synovium and hydrops and color Doppler flow imaging of synovium had obvious statistical differences before and after treatment.Conclusion Sonography is able to accurately observe the early arthropathy of R.A patients and provide objective evidences for early clinical diagnosis and curative effects evaluation of R.A
