| 摘 要： | 以IVF技术为核心和标志的生殖医学是一门相对较新的医学专业.临床学习是培养高素质生殖医学研究生的关键时期.由于生殖医学学科特点及生殖医学研究生就业形式的变化,给生殖医学研究生临床带教提出了许多新的问题.该文以提高生殖医学临床带教质量为切入点,总结实践经验和体会,探讨新时期生殖医学临床带教中面临的各种问题及对策.

| Abstract: | Reproductive medicine is a relative new medical specialty with IVF as core.Clinical practice is an important stage in reproductive medical education.How to solve the problem that caused by reproductive medicine itself and the changes of the employment situation of reproductive medical graduate Students and how to improve the quality of teaching.This paper will put forward some solutions to these problems. |
