尿多酸肽联合NP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的探讨尿多酸肽联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗效果。方法分析收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者80例临床资料,依据临床治疗方式不同分为对照组(常规化疗)40例和观察组(尿多酸肽联合化疗)40例。结果治疗后观察组患者的QQL评分分级明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组毒副作用发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论尿多酸肽联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效较为明显,毒副作用无明显增高,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical observation of advanced non small cell lung cancer treated with Uroacitides combined with NP regimen chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect in advanced non small cell lung cancer treated with Uroacitides combined with NP regimen chemotherapy. Methods The clinical data of eighty cases with advanced lung cancer patients were included into this study. These patients were divided into control group （40 cases treated with chemotherapy） and observation group （40 case treated with Uroaciti- des combined with chemotherapy）. Results The patients＇quality life score grading in the advanced non small cell lung cancer of observation group were better than that of control group. There was significant difference in this index （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was not significant difference in ad- verse reaction in advanced lung cancer patients between observation group and control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The quality of life of ad- vanced non small cell lung cancer treated with Ureacitides combined with NP regimen chemotherapy was obvious. No significant toxic and side effect were reported. This treatment scheme is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
