地红霉素治疗男性非淋菌性尿道炎疗效观察

目的:比较地红霉素和红霉素治疗非淋茵性尿道炎的疗效和安全性.方法:选择男性支原体和衣原体无合并症尿道炎患者129例为研究对象,试验组67例给予地红霉素250 mg,po qd,对照组62例给予红霉素片500mg,po qid,均连续服用14 d.结果:地红霉素组的治愈率为76.1%,有效率为89.6%,病原茵清除率为76.1%;红霉素组治愈率为48.4%,有效率为66.1%,病原茵清除率为48.4%.结论:地红霉素治疗非淋茵性尿道炎安全有效.

Clinical Efficacy of Dirithromycin in Treating Male Patients with Nongonococcal Urethritis

To compare the efficacy of dirithroraycin with that of erythromycin in treating male patients with nongonococcal urethritis. Method; 129 male patients with nongonococcal urethritis were selected to be objectives for study. The tested group (67 cases) were treated with dirithromycin 250 mg po qd for 14 d, compared with the controlled group(62 cases) treated with erythromycin 500 mg po qid for 14 d. Result; The clinical cure rate, total effective rate and the bacterial eradication rate of the two groups were 76.1 % , 89. 6% , 76. 1 % and 48.4 % , 66.1% , 48.4% respectively. The clinical cure rate, total effective rate and bacterial eradication rate in dirithromycin group were significantly higher than that in erythromycin group. Conclusion; Dirithromycin is very effective and safety in treating nongonococcal urethritis.
