不同注意状态对P300电位的影响

目的为了系统地探讨不同程度的注意与Ｐ３００的关系。方法本研究使用听觉Ｏｄｄｂａｌｐａｒａｄｉｇｍ对１７例正常受试者在设定的７种对靶刺激不同程度的注意状态下行Ｐ３００测试。结果标准状态下Ｐ３００１００％出现，与其它状态的比较，其潜伏期最短，波幅最高。深睡眠及空白对照下无１例可记录到Ｐ３００。数声音，白日梦，阅读，气功４种状态下，Ｐ３００的出现率分别为９５％、７１％、４１％、３５％，且呈潜伏期逐渐延长（Ｐ＜０．０１），波幅逐渐降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）的趋势。结论注意与Ｐ３００间有极强的相关性，Ｐ３００可作为注意的标志物。

Study on relationship between attention of different degree and P300

Objective To explore the relationship between attention of different degree to target stimuli and P300 systematically.Methods Seventeen normal subjects were tested with auditory P300 oddball paradigm in given seven attentional situation of different degree to rare (15%) target stimuli ( 1 000 Hz).Results In standard situation,P300 occurred in 100% and presented the shortest latency and the largest amplitude than others.In heavy sleep and blank contrast,P300 was absent in all subjects.In counting sound,daydream,reading and qigong,P300 occurred in 91%,71%,41%,35% respectively.The latency was delayed ( P < 0.01 ) and the amplitude was decreased gradually( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion There is a strong relation between attention and P300.P300 may be regarded as a marker of attention.
