PTEN蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的通过分析PTEN在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生过长、不典型增生子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌中的表达及其在子宫内膜腺癌不同临床病理分期、分级中的表达,探讨PTEN在从正常子宫内膜向子宫内膜腺癌转变过程中的作用及与子宫内膜腺癌手术病理分期、组织学分级的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法对正常子宫内膜组织20例、子宫内膜增生过长组织20例、不典型增生子宫内膜组织20例、子宫内膜腺癌组织40例,进行PTEN的检测并分析。结果 1.在正常子宫内膜组和子宫内膜增生过长组中PTEN蛋白表达率均明显高于不典型增生子宫内膜组和子宫内膜腺癌组中PTEN蛋白表达(P<0.05),正常子宫内膜组和子宫内膜增生过长组之间表达率无差异,不典型增生子宫内膜组和子宫内膜腺癌组之间表达率无差异(P>0.05)。2.PTEN蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌不同组织学分级组(高分化G1、中分化G2,低分化G3)、不同手术病理分期组表达率无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PTEN蛋白的表达降低在正常子宫内膜向内膜腺癌的转变中起重要作用;其低表达与子宫内膜腺癌的病理分期、组织学分级无明显相关性。

The expression and clinical significance of PTEN in Endometrium Carcinoma

Objective Through the analysis of the expressions of the PTEN in different endornetrial tissue and in different clinical-pathology stages and histologic grade of endometrial adenocarcinoma,to explore the actions of PTEN in the development of the endometrial adenocarcinoma and iri different clinical-pathology stages and histologic grade of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods Using S-P method to detect and analyse the expression of PTEN in 20 cases of normal endometrial,20 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, 20 cases of atypical endometrial,and 40 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Results 1. the expression of PTEN in group normal endometrial and endometrial hyperplasia were significantly higher than in the group atypical endometrial and endometrial adenocareinoma （P〈0. 05）, between normal endometrial and endometrial hyperplasia,atypical endometrial and endometrial ad there were no difference （P〈0.05）. 2. The expression of PTEN in different histological grade （well-differentiatedG1, middle differentiatedG2, low differentiatedG3）,and in different clinical-pathology stages there were no statistically difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion there is the significant effective in the development of endometrial adenocarcinoma with the low expression of PTEN, but have no significant effective in different clinicalf-pathology stages and histologic grade＇ of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
