农业人群四种常见恶性肿瘤经济负担趋势分析

目的了解兰州地区农业人群肝癌、肺癌、胃癌和食管癌的经济负担及其变化趋势,为恶性肿瘤的防治提供科学依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法抽取兰州地区2所三甲医院1996—2006年间被诊断为肝癌、肺癌、胃癌和食管癌的农村住院患者的病历资料进行疾病经济负担趋势分析。结果 1996—2006年兰州地区农业人群四种恶性肿瘤人均住院总费用为8 774.70元/人,人均间接经济损失为33 019.21元/人,人均潜在工作损失年数为8.35人年,且均逐年递增。结论兰州地区农业人群四种恶性肿瘤的经济负担较重,且逐年增加,应加强该人群四种恶性肿瘤的预防和控制。

Trends of Economic Burden on Patients with Four Common Cancers in Rural Area

Objective To investigate the economic burden of rural patients with lung,or liver,stomach and esophagus cancers as well as its trend of change so as to provide scientific basis for planning preventive measures.Methods The cluster sampling was taken to select medical records of rural inpatients with lung,or liver,stomach and esophagus cancers from two 3A-graded hospitals of Lanzhou area from 1996 to 2006.The condition of economic burden of the patients and its trend of change were analyzed.Results The average hospitalization expenses per patient with the four kinds of cancers from 1996 to 2006 was RMB 8 774.70 yuan,the average indirect economic lose per capita was RMB 33 019.21 yuan,and the average work years of potential life loss was 8.35,and all these were growing with the year.Conclusion The economic burden of the rural patients with the four kinds of cancer in Lanzhou area is heavier,and it is increasing year by year.The work on prevention and control of common cancers should be enhanced.
