| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨尿激酶冲洗治疗颅内血肿对凝血机制的影响。方法 检测分析33例应用尿激酶治疗的颅内血肿患者的术前、术中、术后凝血酶原时间(PT)、国际标准差比值(INR)、激活凝血酶原时间(APTT)及纤维蛋白酶原含量(FIB)。结果 术中、术后凝血机制无明显改变,经统计学检验无明显差异。结论 尿激酶冲洗治疗颅内血肿疗效确切、损伤小,且不会破坏凝血机制。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of blood coagulation mechanism on the treatment of intracranial hematoma with uroki-nase. Methods Take notes the result of PT.INR,APTT and FIB before treatment for 33 cases,and then pour urokinaae that about 8 × 105 - 106 units into hematoma, take notes the result of inter and after treatments.
