| 摘 要： | 目的总结白内障的声象图特征,探讨高频超声在此类疾病中的诊断价值.方法分析总结健康人50只眼和白内障124只眼的声象图特征.结果正常晶体外形呈现““前壁中孔型校形““的特征声象有利于对正常晶体的识别和早期白内障的鉴别诊断. 结论高频超声对白内障的诊断及鉴别诊断有很大价值,可为临床诊疗提供可靠的信息. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characteristics of cataract on sonograms and evaluate high frequency ultrasonography diagnostic value for cataract. Methods The sonographic characteristics in 50 normal eyes and 124 cataract eyes were studied. Results The normal lense has ultrasonographic character of a central hole on the anterior wall, which differentiates normal lense from early cataract. Conclusions High frequency ultrasonography plays a very important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cataract, and can provide reliable information for diagnosis and treatment of cataract. |
