| 摘 要： | 目的:观察抽动秽语综合征(TS)患儿抗链球菌溶血素O(ASO)、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清IL -6、IL -8 水平的变化,以探讨其发病的可能机制。方法:选取32例TS患儿和30例正常儿童,分别采用免疫透射比浊法测定 ASO滴度,间接免疫SAP花环法检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,ELISA法检测血清IL -6和IL -8水平。结果:TS患儿 T淋巴细胞亚群及IL -8水平与正常儿童比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);ASO滴度、IL- 6水平高于正常儿童 (P<0.05)。结论:TS患儿可能存在免疫学方面的改变。

| Abstract: | Aim: To observe the changes of peripheral blood T-cell subpopulations,ASO,serum IL-6 and IL-8 in children with Tourette's syndrome(TS).Methods: T-cell subpopulations and concentration of IL-6,IL-8 and ASO of 32 children with TS and 30 normal children were measured using SAP,ELISA,ITA,respectively.Results: There were no significant difference in the numbers of CD3 +,CD4 + and CD8 + cells and serum IL-8 between TS and normal children,however, the serum levels of IL-6 and ASO of TS children were markedly higher than those of normal children(P<0.05).Conclusion: There may be abnormal immunity in childrer with TS. |
