虎掌南星炮制工艺研究

摘    要:
目的 :探讨虎掌南星炮制加工中的矾水浓度、浸泡时间及矾水温度对虎掌南星饮片物质基础的影响。方法 :虎掌南星饮片研制 ,HPLC指纹图谱的定量分析 ,多变量多因素分析。结果 :白矾浓度及其溶液体积对HPLC指纹图谱未见有影响。而温度对其有显著影响 ,且呈明显梯度变化。结论 :温热矾水浸泡将加速药用物质流失。应尽量在春秋季节的温度环境炮制虎掌南星。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the effects of concentrition, volum and tempreture of alumimum water on the change of chromatoghraphic d ata of processed Rhizoina Arisaematis. Method: Chromat ographic fingerprints of processed Radix Pinellia pedatisecta were determine d by HPLC, and multivariate analysis was made for data processing. Result and Concluaion: No change on the whole chromatoghraphic data was observed at different levels of concentrition and volum of aluminium water, whi le there was a great change at different levels of tempreture.
