生活饮用水中氟化物测定方法的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨生活饮用水中氟化物的测定方法及缓冲溶液的浓度。方法用氟离子选择电极法,取10.0ml水样加10.0ml缓冲溶液,插入电极搅拌时读取平衡电位值,采用SPSS for Windows处理数据。结果方法能满足生活饮用水标准GB/T5749-2006的要求,平均回收率为99.4%,相对标准偏差为0.37%~1.70%。结论该方法操作简单快捷,灵敏度高,重现性好,结果准确可靠。
