李东垣《脾胃论》运用巴豆经验探析

李东垣《脾胃论》中使用了七个含有巴豆的处方,详细阐释了胃肠寒冷积滞及虚证实证均可使用巴豆治疗。巴豆七方涵盖了巴豆众多传统炮制方法,核心在于制熟减毒,并根据临床需要配伍辅料。巴豆配伍人参、白术治疗虚中积冷;配伍干姜、丁香等温里药温下扫邪;配伍木香、陈皮调畅气机;配伍黄连、大黄、百草霜制约巴豆辛热燥烈峻下之性;配伍三棱、莪术、神曲活血祛瘀、行气消积。通过对巴豆的炮制、灵活把握服用剂量以及经验配伍,达到峻药缓投、攻药虚用的目的。

Experience of Using Badou (Crotonis Fructus) by Li Dongyuan in Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach

Li Dongyuan used seven formulas containing Badou(Crotonis Fructus) in Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach,and elucidated that the cold stagnation in the stomach and intestines,and the deficiency or excess syndrome all could be treated with Badou. In these seven formulas containing Badou,various processing methods in traditional way were embodied. Such processing methods aim at reducing toxicity,and during the processing Badou is added with other auxiliary materials according to the clinical requirements.Badou combined with Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma) and Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) could be used for middle deficiency and cold accumulation;combined with Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma) and medicinals for warming the interior for warm the lower to sweep the evil qi;combined with Dingxiang(Caryophyui Flos) and Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) for regulating qi activity;combined with Huanglian(Coptiais Rhizoma) and Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma) and Baicaoshuang for reducing the pungency,warm and drastic purgation;combined with Sanleng(Sparganii Rhizoma),Ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma),and Shenqu for activating blood and removing stasis,move qi and resolving accumulation. Through the processing,using Badou in flexible doses,and combined with other medicinals based on experience,the strong medicinal Badou can be used mildly and the purgative Badou can be used for deficiency syndrome.
